This super lightweight, incredibly flexible, quick-drying shoe is ideal for any activity. Much like socks, the stretchy material moulds to the shape of your foot perfectly, giving you the freedom of movement to perform any Martial Arts technique. The shoe can bend, roll and fold, whilst retaining its shape after use, providing a 'barefoot' experience.
The 5mm non-slip rubber sole offers the ultimate grip and stability, even when worn on the mat. The thickened rubber sole has excellent wear resistance and is also soft enough to prevent your toes from rubbing. The breathable, honeycomb insoles keep your feet cool and comfortable whilst also protecting your feet from cuts and scratches. Comes with a heel pull tab to slip shoes on and off easily.
Can also be worn for yoga, swimming, snorkelling, diving, kayaking, boating, beach walking and other water sports. Very easy to store. 80% Lycra / 20% polyester.

Top customer reviewsBy Paul Shepley on 28th October 2020 I’ve found these shoes excellent for training now we can’t be barefoot. They are similar to wearing socks but with grip. The ‘swivel’ discs on the sole enables kicking almost like being barefoot. Compared to trainers these are much better. By LornaW on 16th September 2020 I've ordered these for a couple of people in my karate club as we are currently not allowed to train barefoot in the dojo. They are true to size, very flexible and comfortable. They have good grip while still allowing for easy turning. One person reported that on a wooden floor, they have a tendency to squeak. What a shame that most of my adult and junior students (or myself) are not covered by the limited size range.
