Well delivered and packaged. The product is overall very good, holding up after over 100 hours of training with little signs of wear and tear. The outer sleeve of foam has shrunk to expose the tips of the staff which have caused the rubber ends to fall off, but the ends are easily repairable and the foam covers everything necessary for contact training.

Steadier than the foam Bo. Very popular additon to the equipment used in class. Used a lot for evasion.
