By Ian Haines on 30th November 2019 As with the \"red\" wood version of this stick, the weight is greater than a rattan stick. You might find it heavy going, but it's good for strengthening every muscle involved in the use of such sticks. Treat them like strengthening workout exercise sticks and, when you move back on, to your rattan sticks, your power and speed will have increased, very notably. By James on 13th February 2019 Top quality. Solid and the look great. They are a little heavy so not good for partner drills but my kru said they are fine for bag work and wrist strengthening.
