I'm very happy with them, would advise as an essential for anyway practising Iaido or any other sport which requires a lot of kneeling. Good knee protection which fits under my Gi trousers unobtrusively and has enabled me to keep practising groundwork inspite of my knee injury.
I put them on yesterday thinking our session would be groundwork based and forgot to take them off even though the session was mainly based on kicking. The knee pads didn't move or impede my kicking in any way. Well designed and well made. Knee Pads are a bit difficult to find on the Blitz web page though. Please add this as a category. Many Thanks! I've used them in sparring, and for ground fighting, and they've stood up well. By R. Casas on 8th April 2010 I bought these knee pads for goalkeepers' indoor football. They do the job but they're a bit bulky.
