But anyway, it is comfortable to wear and doesn't get in the way during sparring - except in the way of groin kicks, which is what it's meant to do. Didn't even feel it when I got kicked. Protects well and does not slip around thanks to thick elastic that goes around the waist and legs. Very good investment IMO and if you spar with kicks it is a really good idea to get a groin guard, trust me. I will not spar without it in future. I am a size 10 and the small size fits well.
