Basic but effective focus mitts, works well for punching and targets for high kicks. Solid design and takes the punishment.I don't buy anything else. Focus pads are brilliant for training, not too heavy for the trainer and absorb decent blow's well. They are tough enough to last, I've had my set for 4 years and they are still in good nick.
