Minimise the risk of injury and train in confidence with the incredibly lightweight Blitz Dipped Foam Shin and Instep. Ideal for Karate, Taekwondo and other Martial Arts training, the shock absorbing foam shin guards offer the ultimate protection when sparring. Made from a soft EVA foam dipped in PVC resin, and vacuum moulded to finish, the guards are contoured to cover the majority of the shin and top of the foot. The front of the shin features ventilation holes for air flow and to prevent moisture build-up, keeping the wearer cool. Securely fastens with three elasticated wrap-around Velcro fastenings; two around the shin and one strap under the foot. Easy to wipe clean before and after use.
To determine the correct size shin guard, measure the distance from the bottom of the knee to the top of the ankle as depicted in the diagram.

By jordan gallacher on 10th November 2014 My brother has a pair of these and I have used them numerous times, absolutely great to use, good protection in key areas and also looks great as well, will deffinately purchase very soon, if I could click more than 5 stars I deffinately would. My son doesnt like them he says they rub on his foot, they look nice but i must admit i dont like them much either. My son has now got the cotton shin pads by Blitz and they are so much better, i would recommend these if i thought they were better but i dont think they are and i am a great fan of Blitz merchandise. By Mike Smith on 30th May 2011 I use these for sparring and they are great, protect my shin and foot from any stray kicks and knocks. Padding was quite thick as well which was good.
